Email support@offprint.press to contact Offprint. For order help, write from the purchasing email address and include the order ID. For a preview problem, include the preview ID shown in its URL. Do not email card details, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials.

Print and delivery support

Offprint uses a third-party print and fulfillment provider, but Offprint is your point of contact. We will communicate with that provider about manufacturing defects, shipping investigations, and eligible replacements on your behalf.

What to include

• The company or workspace name.
• Whether the issue concerns a preview, payment, proof, print job, or delivery.
• The relevant order or preview ID and the time the problem occurred.
• For damaged deliveries, clear photos of the package and affected copies.

Response and urgent issues

We aim to respond within two business days. If you believe an account is compromised, put “Account security” in the subject line. Email is not an emergency service.
