Order policies

Refunds and cancellations

A print approval starts custom manufacturing. The options available to you change at that point.

Effective July 30, 2026

Before print approval

You can cancel a paid order before anyone in your workspace approves a proof for print. Contact us from the purchasing email address and include the order ID. We will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. We submit approved refunds promptly, but your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.

Print approval and production

Print approval authorizes Offprint to submit your personalized product to our third-party print and fulfillment provider. We may try to stop an approved job if production has not begun, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded for preference changes, overlooked proof errors, or an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damage, defects, incorrect orders, and non-delivery

If magazines arrive damaged, materially defective, incorrectly packaged, materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 30 days after delivery. For non-delivery, contact us within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. Include the order ID, a description, and clear photos of the packaging and affected copies when available. Offprint will work with its print and fulfillment provider and, when the problem is validated, arrange a reprint or replacement. We may issue a refund when a replacement is unavailable or not a reasonable resolution.

Returns

Because every order is custom printed, we do not accept physical returns for preference changes. Do not mail products to Offprint, Rondo Coaching LLC, or the address shown in our business records unless support gives you written return instructions for a specific case. A physical return is usually unnecessary for a damage or defect claim.
