Order policies

Shipping policy

Each order is printed on demand after proof approval, then handed to the selected carrier.

Effective July 30, 2026

Fulfillment partner

Offprint uses a third-party print and fulfillment provider that prints, packages, and ships each order on demand. Offprint remains your seller and customer-support contact, so questions, cancellation requests, delivery problems, and defect claims should be sent to Offprint.

Production and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown during checkout or approval combine print production and carrier transit time. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs, and remote destinations can add time.

Addresses

Confirm the recipient, street, unit, postal code, country, email, and phone number before approving the proof. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee an address change. Reshipping an order returned because of an incomplete or incorrect customer address may require a new shipping and production charge.

Tracking and split deliveries

Tracking is provided when the selected service and destination support it. Large orders may arrive in multiple packages or on different days. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier records delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

International orders

Availability varies by destination. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local restrictions unless checkout expressly says those amounts are included.

Shipping problems

If a shipment is late, lost, damaged, or incomplete, use our support page with the order ID and any carrier details. Report damage, defects, or incorrect packaging within 30 days after delivery. Report non-delivery within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. For the available remedies and photo requirements, review our refund and replacement policy.
