Information we collect

• Account, work email, organization, and workspace membership information.
• Company websites, prompts, edits, uploaded instructions, previews, and proof activity.
• Order, shipping, support, device, security, and service usage information.
• Payment status and identifiers from Stripe. Offprint does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, generate and revise magazines, process purchases, print and ship approved orders, send service messages, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We also use public information from the company website you identify to research and create its preview.

Service providers

We share only what is needed with providers that help operate Offprint, including hosting and storage providers, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, AI and research providers for generation, and a print and fulfillment provider. For an approved print order, the print provider receives the recipient’s name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, along with the buyer contact email, order identifier, magazine title and files, product format, quantity, and shipping level. We obtain the buyer’s express authorization before sharing that data for address validation, printing, shipping, and order support. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information.

That authorization satisfies a contractual requirement for using our print provider. It is not a statement that consent is the only lawful basis for processing personal information. Depending on the activity and applicable law, Offprint may rely on other bases, including performing a contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. California residents may also have rights regarding collection, use, disclosure, and sale or sharing under applicable state law; Offprint does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep order and tax records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by record. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is risk-free.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required. Offprint is not directed to children under 13.
