Who provides Offprint

Offprint is a service operated by Rondo Coaching LLC. References to “Offprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Rondo Coaching LLC in its operation of the Offprint service.

Using Offprint

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must use Offprint lawfully. You are responsible for the websites, company details, instructions, and edits you submit. Do not submit confidential information or content you do not have permission to use.

Generated content and review

Offprint uses automated research and generation tools to create original drafts. Generated copy can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing claims, citations, names, pricing, and other facts before approving a proof or distributing it.

You may use the final deliverables we provide for your business after payment, subject to third-party rights and these terms. Offprint keeps ownership of its software, templates, systems, and general design methods.

Your content, rights, and limited license

When you submit material or approve a proof, you represent that you have authority to act for the company identified in the order and that you have the rights or permissions needed for its names, logos, trademarks, fonts, uploaded or otherwise submitted material, and any public company material or third-party content included in the proof. Do not approve content merely because it is publicly available; public availability does not itself grant reuse rights.

You grant Offprint a non-exclusive, limited license to host, reproduce, format, modify only as needed for production, and provide that material to our print and fulfillment vendors solely to generate previews, produce the approved order, ship it, and support the service. This license ends when those purposes and any legally required recordkeeping are complete. You keep your ownership rights in material you provide.

If a proof identifies a person, quotes or attributes content to someone else, or includes other third-party material, you also represent that the proposed print and distribution are authorized. Offprint may block printing while rights are unknown or request supporting information.

Orders, approval, and printing

Prices, quantities, and included revision credits are shown before checkout. Nothing is sent to print until an authorized workspace member approves a specific proof. Approval requires express authorization for Offprint to give its third-party print and fulfillment provider the recipient’s name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, plus the buyer contact email, order identifier, magazine title and files, product format, quantity, and shipping level. The provider uses that information to validate the address, print, ship, and support the order. Approval may start a custom manufacturing job immediately. Check the delivery address and every page carefully before approving.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep account credentials secure. Workspace owners control invitations and member permissions. You are responsible for actions taken by people you authorize, including edits, purchases, and print approval.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may block misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.
